The camera features two-way audio, infrared night vision, and an integration with Amazon Alexa. I was a bit dismayed, however, by the 720p HD video display the narrow viewing angle of 60 degrees, and the lack of zoom. All #ProtectAmerica security systems come with 24/7 professional monitoring, with the option to add landline or cellular coverage. Costs range from $19.99 to $60 a month. All contracts are three years along and binding, a definite negative of Protect America.
Protect America’s customer support was well-reviewed on both Google and the Better Business Bureau’s overall rating. Unfortunately, the Protect America app received reviews ranging from mediocre to poor.
