Retail Loss Prevention Training 101: An undercover operation that turned into a debacle.
The newest addition to our: “The Loss Prevention Chronicles-You Can’t Make This Stuff Up”, Playlist. George is here to tell us another crazy loss prevention story from back in his days working in retail security, asset protection and business security. Before starting SilverHammer, George used surveillance equipment and security cameras to catch 1252 shoplifters at a regional retailer. In 2008, George drew upon his experience in loss prevention and asset protection to start SilverHammer.
If You’re a Loss Prevention Manager or Loss Prevention Officer (current or former), we’d love to hear from you! If you or your crew have a story to tell, Please contact us. We’ll figure out the best way for you to send us a video telling your craziest tale and we’ll post it on the channel! We won’t include your retailer name (so nobody gets in trouble), we’ll just use your first name and geographical location. Check out the channel for some examples that we’ve posted from others. Our goal is to eventually share stories from across the globe!
